Unemployment Increased 10,000 People in a Year

The number of unemployment in Indonesia during August 2017 reached 7.04 million people, increased by 10,000 people or 0.14% during the year, from August 2016 – August 2017. The increasing number of unemployment is caused by the absorption of labor in the construction sector and decrease the absorption of labor in the agriculture sector. While, the slowing of absorption of labor construction sector caused the pattern of work which still capital-intensive technology compared to the labor-intensive. In addition, the involvement of contractors in Middle-small yet optimize.
