Export Proceeds Decrease. Bank Indonesia notes, export proceeds during 2Q18 reach USD34,7Bn or goes into the domestic banking USD32.1Bn equivalent 92.4%. This number is down from 92.9% in 1Q18. Of the total export proceeds entry into the domestic banking, the number of which has been converted in rupiah recorded only worth USD4,4Bn or 13.7% in 2Q18. This increased from 12.9% in the 1Q18.

This means that the export proceeds on the domestic banks that are not converted are still great. Because, at 2Q18 recorded still worth USD27.7Bn or 86.3% of the total export proceeds worth USD32.1Bn. On the other hand, the export proceeds entry into foreign banks recorded USD2.6Bn or amounting to 7.6%. Fiscal incentives or required in banking, over the export proceeds converted is still very small.
